Test-Purchase negative sentences

Our scripts have been drawn up over the years, we have certain words and phrases in use that should not be changed.

In general, we therefore sell a subscription and the person is therefore bound. These are of course 2 heavy words and if we use them so literally in the script, we will have a harder time selling.

That is why we avoid these words by using different sentences and still saying the same thing. However, we have to be careful what we say, because not everything is allowed.

Words that should not be used

  • Discovery period
  • Discovery Specimen
  • introductory copy
  • At sometime
  • without obligation

Why should these not be used. It is not even and not optional nor is it a discovery specimen. It is a subscription that we have sold that can be canceled monthly.

Phrases not to be used:

  • That's why we offer the discovery copy.
  • You have it sent to you and you then decide whether you still want to have it sent to you.
  • You have it sent to you and only then decide whether you still want it.
  • Can I also send it

Phrases that may be used:

The first copy is free “note the context around it!”

You are not bound for 1 year, you decide how long you want to use it. 1 year, 3 months that's up to you. A simple phone call or email and we won't send it again.  “Not bound may be used here, because you explain what you mean”

Look, suppose you receive the magazine/service at home, if it turns out that it does not meet your expectations at all, a simple phone call or e-mail is sufficient and we will no longer send it.
