Sending information by email

Would you receive a call from an agency:

• Police
• Ocmw
• Lawyer
• …

Suppose one demands If you want to be helped immediately, you can also give them the direct telephone number listed in Hermes. 

If they want to obtain information by email. Do not write down their email address, the rules are that they must send an email to [email protected]

Also, if the DEB or anyone else asks to obtain information, please provide the address of [email protected] and ask them to make the request by email. 

Also mention in your ticket that you: “I have informed that they should send an email to [email protected].”
